Rob began competing in time trials in the early eighties & worked up to competing at National Level events. Rob successfully raced for Great Britain, racing in Germany alongside Olympian & world record holder Darren Kenny OBE by the mid eighties in road races. 

Having taken a long lay off  since the early nineties to concentrate on work etc, Rob has now come back to compete in time trials & take part in racing on the track

Achievements since Robs return are a 6^th place overall in the mens national Rudy Project series & 16^th overall in the Duo Normand in the non-licencié category where he has made vast improvements every year he has competed in it.

Rob can be seen often on the side lines or out marshalling when he is not competing himself.  Looking to improve in time trials & compete well in the National Masters on the track.
